Always a question over what is a British film. The Shining - filmed in Britain, British crew, by Kubrick who was a long-time resident of Britain. A lot of the most famous so-called American films were made by British technicians in British studios.

I thought four weddings was shit personally, preferred Bridget Jones which is probably saying something!

Long Good Friday is a classic and I've always been partial to some Snatch.

1) Zulu - good enough
2) Trainspotting - never seen: on my list of films to watch
3) Four weddings and a funeral - a bucket of self-indulgent cunt. spawned dozens of self-indulgent 80"s "Angst" movies best forgotten.

As for MY best? I don't do lists. I like, or I don't like. Is enough.
